Your New Pop-Top Canvas: Built for the Elements
All our pop-top replacement canvases are water-resistant right from the start.
That means they’re ready to handle everyday conditions as soon as they’re installed.
However, if your travels take you into rainy or winter weather, where the canvas may face long-lasting moisture, there’s a helpful step that can extend its life and keep it performing at its best.
💧 Pro Tip: Add Extra Waterproof Protection
For extra durability and protection during extended rainy periods, we recommend treating the outer fabric of your pop-top canvas with 3–4 thin layers of waterproofing spray.
This easy maintenance step helps water bead and run off more effectively - keeping the inside dry and your canvas in top shape for years. It’s a common practice among experienced campervan owners who travel year-round and want their setup to perform like new.

We recommend using Berner Waterproofing Spray, trusted for its long-lasting protection and compatibility with camper fabrics.

You’ll need 4–5 cans to cover 3–5 layers, depending on your camper model.
