Returns
We accept returns only if the item is damaged or does not function properly due to a manufacturing defect.
Returns are not accepted for:

installation mistakes

improper use
-
misunderstanding of product function
-
normal product characteristics
-
customer preference or change of mind
Verification Process
If you believe the product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
To evaluate the issue, we may request:

photos of the installation
-
a short video showing the problem
-
confirmation that the installation guidelines were followed
Once we review the evidence and confirm that the issue is related to the product itself, we will offer one of the following solutions:

replacement product free of charge
-
repair guidance
-
money refund of replacement is not possible
Important
A return or replacement can only be guaranteed after we confirm that the issue is related to the product itself. We cannot approve returns without this verification.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved:

we will issue pre-paid shipping label for FedEx shipment
-
the item must be returned unused and in original condition
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not yet started.
Custom-made products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
